These are the traditional, complete 30-40 minute lessons that include education at the beginning, a full body workout and then education again to finish. The way KID-FIT was originally taught the first 25 years.

  • KID-FIT Complete "Mighty Muscles" Class

    What are muscles? What do they do, why do we need them? Learn how to take care of them and why it's important to exercise and eat healthy. Get an inflatable ball, stick pony and stretchy band (sock or hosiery will work). We'll meet Homer Horse too!

  • KID-FIT Complete "Have A Heart" Class

    What does a heart really looks like, why do we have one and what does it do? We'll exercise our whole body using a half noodle, nerf ball, small cones and paper shapes. We'll even meet the Italian Chef, who loves to make heart healthy foods!

  • KID-FIT Complete "Eyes And Ears" Class

    Learn why we have eyes and ears, what they do and how we can keep them safe. We'll exercise using a paper plate, tennis ball and stuffed toy. Then Ellie the Elephant will visit.
